Table Jean
Inspired by a mid-century French design, this brass table features hand painted glass surfaces, created by Royal College of Art graduate Carol Fulton. Carol’s intricate “verre églomisé“ process involves water gilding gold, brass and silver leaf onto the reverse painted design. Inks, pigments and Japan paint are used to create these gilded “paintings” which are framed by the classic brass structure.
Each table is unique and can be made to order. We start with a chosen design and colour palette, and then allow the artist’s hand to take over.
