Marking his monumental debut, Tales of Love & Other Stories was Jack Vettriano's very first solo exhibition. Held at the Edinburgh Gallery (18 Dundas Street) from May 15th to June 6th, 1992, the show featured 36 original paintings, including renowned pieces like Waltzers and Amateur Philosophers.
The accompanying 28-page exhibition catalogue listed every piece on display and featured high-quality images of 20 selected artworks, alongside a foreword by Vettriano and W. Gordon Smith. Today, these catalogues are incredibly rare and highly sought after by collectors. We are pleased to offer both signed and unsigned copies of this scarce piece of art history.
